10:30 Walking Tour Begins
Or you may ride bus or van.
You may park @ 900 Elm Ave Neighborhood Falitily then board the bus/van @9:30
The bus wil depart @ 9:45 from the site and return to the Neighborhood Facility for the finale including vendors and entertainment.
All participants should dress like someone Black and they can be local, city, state or international. You must have knowledge of five things about them written on a name tag.
Trophies : Most creative, best narrative, most original , largest group and best costume.
